Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugars, and butter until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
