Eyeball Deviled Eggs (Halloween Party Recipe)

These Eyeball Deviled Eggs are a fun and spooky treat perfect for your Halloween party!

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 black olive, sliced
  • 1 piece of red pepper, sliced

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs.
  2. Peel and slice the eggs in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and paprika to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Top each filled egg with a slice of black olive and a slice of red pepper to resemble an eyeball.
  7. Chill before serving.

Notes

  • These can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
