4 ounces turkey bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium bell pepper, sliced
4 cups coleslaw mix

Instructions
In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
