  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the turkey bacon, chicken ham, bell peppers, and spinach to the egg mixture.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture evenly into each muffin cup.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each muffin.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until the muffins are set and golden brown.
