  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  4. Remove the bacon from the skillet and chop it into small pieces.
  5. After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool.
  6. Peel the eggs, then slice them in half and remove the yolks.
  7. In a bowl, mix the yolks with the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Stuff the egg whites with the yolk mixture and top with chopped turkey bacon.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
