  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 pita breads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is well-coated.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks inside the crockpot.
