  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, coconut milk, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the peanut sauce over them.
