Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add chicken broth and potatoes, and bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in the kale, heavy cream, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  5. Chop the bacon and return it to the pot. Simmer for a few minutes before serving.
