1 pound turkey bacon
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
4 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
In the same pot, add olive oil, onion, and garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
Add the sliced sirloin steak and cook until browned.
Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and cheese until melted and combined.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, topped with chopped turkey bacon.

For a lighter version, you can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
