  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced potatoes

  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, add the ground turkey, turkey bacon, potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion.
  2. Pour in the beef broth and add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, stir in the cheddar cheese and milk.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the soup to thicken. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Notes

  • This soup is great for meal prep and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For a vegetarian version, substitute ground turkey with lentils.
