  • 1 package (16 ounces) gnocchi

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
