- 4 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 slices of turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
