  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the baby potatoes, then boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes or until fork-tender.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drain the boiled potatoes and add them to the creamy mixture, coating well.
