  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the orzo and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
  3. Stir in broccoli florets and cook until the orzo is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
