- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
