- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the baby potatoes in half and place them in a large bowl.
