A delicious and easy dinner recipe for Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups using turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound sirloin steak
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the bell peppers and onions until tender.
  3. Add sliced steak to the skillet, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  4. Lay out turkey bacon on a baking sheet and place a portion of the steak mixture on each strip. Sprinkle with provolone cheese.
  5. Roll up the turkey bacon around the filling and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crispy.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
