- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, garam masala, salt, ginger, and garlic. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
