  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until smooth.
  6. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
