Easy Recipes Dinner : Chinese Beef and Broccoli (One Pan Take-Out)

A quick and satisfying recipe for Chinese Beef and Broccoli that you can make in one pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef flank steak, sliced thin
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch. Add sliced beef and coat well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the beef until browned. Remove from the pan.
  3. Add garlic and ginger to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add broccoli and beef broth; cover and steam for 5 minutes.
  5. Return beef to the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with rice for a complete meal.
