  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, butter, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top before baking.
