- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
