  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Marinate the beef in the sauce mixture for at least 30 minutes.
