1 pound ground turkey
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and parsley until well combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create the tzatziki sauce.
Serve the meatballs warm with tzatziki sauce on the side.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding feta cheese to the meatball mixture.
Make sure to squeeze out excess water from the grated cucumber before adding to the tzatziki for a better texture.
