- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
