- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
- Add the ground beef, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. Cook until the beef is browned.
- Pour a little enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and cheese, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with more cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped fresh cilantro as a topping.
