Easy Egg Muffins

Easy and delicious egg muffins packed with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a quick breakfast.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and add salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, bell peppers, and onions until well combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
