- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and add salt and pepper.
- Stir in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, bell peppers, and onions until well combined.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
