Easy Chicken Pot Pie Casserole

A delicious and comforting casserole made with chicken, turkey bacon, and fresh vegetables.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, turkey bacon, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Pour the chicken mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Unroll the second pie crust on top, sealing the edges.
  6. Cut slits on top to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
