  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon to the sauce. Mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
