  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the noodles with the cucumber, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic.
