Crockpot Peach Cobbler

A delicious and easy dessert perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and milk until smooth.
  3. Pour melted butter into the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Pour the batter over the melted butter. Do not stir.
  5. Layer the peach mixture on top of the batter. Again, do not stir.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the cobbler is set and golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an indulgent treat.
  • You can substitute frozen peaches if fresh are not available.
