- 6 cups cubed stale bread
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
- In a large bowl, mix together the bread cubes, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- If using, fold in the raisins.
