  • 1 sheet nori (seaweed)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Combine the rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Once cooked, transfer the rice to a bowl and mix in sugar, allowing it to cool slightly.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, vanilla extract, and whipped cream until smooth.
  5. On a sheet of nori, spread a thin layer of sushi rice, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Spread the cream mixture across the rice, then add sliced strawberries in a line.
  7. Carefully roll the nori tightly using a sushi mat.
