  • 1 pound steak, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package directions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add the steak slices. Cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked fettuccine and toss to coat.
