  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Stir in cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
  5. Add paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Combine the cooked rice with the chicken mixture.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
