  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
  3. Add minced garlic and sausage. Cook until sausage is browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Add the drained rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
