  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning; cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Reduce heat, then add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Toss fettuccine with the shrimp sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
