- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, turkey bacon, chicken ham, garlic powder, onion powder, cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture into each cup, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
