Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cream, egg, and vanilla.
