  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with sour cream. Mix until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and brown sugar.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture, and top with the remaining batter.
  7. Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon mixture on top.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
