  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the topping, then sprinkle over the batter.
