  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
  6. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, add a spoonful of the cinnamon filling, then top with the remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth, then drizzle over the muffins.
