- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.

- In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
