  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Fill muffin tins halfway with batter, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top, then cover with more batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
