Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.

  7. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
