  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the ground cinnamon with a bit of sugar and set it aside.
  7. Roll the dough into small balls and then into the cinnamon sugar mixture, coating them evenly.
  8. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  10. Allow cooling on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  11. For the icing, mix powdered sugar with milk until you reach a drizzling consistency, then drizzle over the cooled cookies.
