These Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Ghosts are the perfect spooky treat for Halloween that everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 12 large strawberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tube of black icing

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry in the melted white chocolate and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set the white chocolate.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in another bowl and use a spoon to drizzle over each strawberry to create ghost eyes and mouths.
  6. Use the black icing to add more detailed facial features.
  7. Allow the ghosts to set before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra spooky touch, add some edible glitter.
