  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, oil, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
