  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli, stirring well to coat.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
