A simple and creamy Chicken Florentine recipe featuring turkey bacon that is both delicious and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add minced garlic and spinach to the same skillet and sauté until spinach is wilted.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until heated through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then add crumbled bacon back to the skillet.
  5. Serve hot over rice or pasta.
