- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet.
- Place 2 slices of turkey bacon and 2 slices of cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
