  • 2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet.
  3. Place 2 slices of turkey bacon and 2 slices of cheese on each chicken breast.
  4. Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  6. Dip each chicken roll first in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Remove toothpicks before serving.
